JUMP ON BOARD PROMOTION Rules 2010
1. To enter complete the Official Entry Form available on the M&R Environmental Ltd website.
2. One ‘Grand Prize’, a 7 night cruise on the Royal Caribbean Radiance Class Serenade of the Seas, including airfare. The odds of winning will be entirely based on the qualifying entries/chances made by registered M&R Environmental Ltd accounts. The prize must be accepted as awarded, there is no cash value. The grand prize may, due to conditions unforeseen by M&R Environmental Ltd, could be adjusted and in an extreme situation postponed or even canceled.
3. To win the Grand Prize, there will be one random draw by the judges(s) appointed by M&R Environmental Ltd. The date for the Grand Prize draw will be on November 2nd 2010 at the head office of M&R Environmental Ltd. The selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical, skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance, before being declared a winner.
4. The contest is open to all active M&R Environmental Ltd customers who are 19 years of age or older, except for any M&R employee’s, affiliated companies, its’ advertising and promotional agencies, contest judges, and any of their immediate families with whom they are domiciled. The decisions of the contest judge(s) are final.
5. No responsibility will be taken for an invalid entry on our website, misdirected or delayed for whatever reason. The prize must be accepted as awarded, there are no cash equivalent(s) and they are not transferable or refundable. The winner must be able to travel outside of Canada and have a valid passport.
6. M&R Environmental Ltd will not restrict or limit the amount of entries per day a customer can make. Entries are based on purchases of these qualifying M&R products:
- All Total-mineral based lubricants- one entry per $500.00 order shipped
- All Total-synthetic based lubricants, full and semi- lubricants two entries per $500.00 order shipped
- ECO-FREEZ Coolants, one entry per $500.00 order shipped
- A CUDA Karcher aqueous parts washer purchase will provide ten entries
- An R&D parts washer purchase will provide one entry per purchase
- For every $500.00 worth of ENPAC spill containment products purchased it will equal one entry
7. By registering for the contest each entrant agrees to release M&R Environmental Ltd. and its employees, agencies, and representatives from any liability, injury, damage, loss, expenses or other claims arising as a result or in connection with the contest or the prize including any injury, damage, loss, expenses or claims caused by the negligence of a release. By registering for the contest, each entrant agrees to the use of his or her name, address, photograph, voice and statements in any form of publicity or advertising associated with the contest or awarding of the prizes without charge or compensation other than the prizes awarded. Each selected entrant may be required to sign a release prior to being awarded the grand prize.
8. The selected entrants will be contacted once, via e-mail to inform them of their prize. If a selected entrant does not respond to such contact within 48 hours of receiving it, or if M&R Environmental Ltd or its representative is unable to reach a selected entrant via telephone within 48 hours, M&R Environmental Ltd reserves the right to discard the entrant, and select another entrant.
The latest date in which to enter for the grand and secondary prize is on November 1st at 4:00 PM. All product orders must be placed for immediate delivery, no bookings allowed. An M&R Environmental Ltd account that is in arrears maybe disqualified from winning the Grand Prize.
