I started M&R with a simple premise: "First take care of your customers and employees, and growth and profit will follow." This philosophy has helped M&R grow from a three-person operation with one truck into a business of 15 trucks and over 40 employees, working out of a 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art processing facility. From such humble beginnings, we have become the leading service provider in the lower mainland.

With success comes responsibility, which is why being a good corporate citizen is so important to me. That means contributing to our community’s economic vitality by buying goods and services locally and by hiring men and women who reflect the diversity of our community.

Many say ours is a rough-and-tumble business but I think differently.
